Over £3,000 of Dog Food Donated to Charity
We are delighted to announce that so far this year we have donated over £3,000 worth of dog food to dog rescue homes and dog charities across Britain, as well as many Lincolnshire based dog charities.
Mitchell Pearson, Charity Fundraising Coordinator at Fold Hill says: “We try to support as many charities and dog rescues centres as we can – donating a range of our Fold Hill dog foods and Laughing Dog baked treats and dog foods, as well as our mixer meals. Helping to support charities is really important to us as a business and it means we get to meet lots of new four-legged friends along the way!
“We also support local Boston and Lincolnshire charities too – each month we give staff the opportunity to nominate and vote for their preferred charity; ensuring that everyone has a chance to suggest ideas to help support local community.”
Since 2019, we have donated over £45,000 worth of dog food and treats to dog charities and rescue homes including Jerry Green, the Birmingham Greyhound Rescue, Wheels for Paws, German Shephard Rescue, the Old Leake Food Bank, and the Carlton Forest Dog Rescue. In addition to donating food where we can, we have launched a charity programme giving charities and rescue homes discounted rates on our Laughing Dog food and treats.
Fold Hill Foods is one of the UK’s largest manufacturers pet food, and home to the brands Laughing Dog Food, Chewdles and Pointer. To be considered for dog food donations, charities are asked to contact Fold Hill via firstname.lastname@example.org.
